Grand Prix Kobe. Extended

Tomoharu Saito ha ganado el último evento de la temporada de Extended, el Grand Prix Kobe. Ganó en la final a Yuuya Watanabe, en el top4 quedaron Kentaro Yamamoto y Tzu Ching Kuo, y en el top8 Katsuya Ueda, Kenji Hatamoto, Ryouma Shiozu y Keiichi Kondou. Es el segundo Grand Prix para Tomoharu Saito esta temporada, y se coloca con 28 puntos en el Player of the Year 2009, tan sólo superado por Luis Scott-Vargas, con 34, y Gabriel Nassif, con 35.

A partir de ahora empieza al temporada de t2, incluyendo los PTQs para Austin, Texas, los regionales y el Grand Prix Barcelona, además de los nacionales a final del verano. Este año la temporada de bloque es tan sólo un Pro Tour, ya que los PTQs, que solían ser de bloque, van a ser de Standard.
